Colligan and Lincoln Ellsworth Are Awarded Prizes A plea for deliverance from the "fundamental and far-reaching / lack of integrity" of the twentieth century world was sounded by Dr. Nicholas Murray Butler this afternoon in an address which opened the final day of Columbia University's 181 st commencement exercises. More than 20,000 witnessed the ceremonies at which the University president conferred approximately 4,600 degrees and 400 certificates and diplomas. Among the ten recipients of honorary degrees was Henry A. Wallace, Secretary of Agriculture, who was made Doctor of Laws. Others conferred with honorary degrees were William S.
