Spectator Elects Managing Boards; Grunschlag and Eckel to Head Staffs Eleven Other Juniors to Help Lead Campus Newspaper By E. George Levine The Class of 1963 has assumed the editorial and financial direction of the Columbia Daily Spectator. Over one hundred staff members, alumni and guests saw Dov M. Grunschlag officially inducted as editor-in-chief, replacing Allen Young '62 at the newspaper's annual Blue Pencil dinner. The newspaper's new business manager is John Eckel, who succeeds Paul Gitman '62. Six members of the Spectator News Board have been elected to serve with Grunschlag on the new Editorial Managing Board. They are Doron Gopstein, managing editor; Michael Mukasey, editorials editor; David M. Alpern, news editor; Lawrence Apple, personnel editor; Mark L.
