Obviously, the problem faced by my five associates ('three Mikes, a Jeff, and an Othar,' Jacqueline Shea Murphy wrote in Spectator; their surnames are Kaufmann, Marubio, Maschio, Arle, and Hansson) and me when we first met in the fall of 1985 was making sure that a third demise did not occur.
