About College The Hockey Team was much disappointed in not being able to meet the Yale team last Wednesday. It seems that the Yale manager, after having made all arrangements with the St. Nicholas people and our team, demanded more money than it was customory to give a visiting team. This was refused and Yale withdrew from the game. It is probable that a game will be arranged later in the season. Herr L■ Viereck, a member of the German Authors' Eeague and former member of the Reichstag, delivered last night in Hamilton Hall an illustrated lecture in German upon " Fridtjof Nansen and his Polar Explorations." The lecture was entertaining and instructive. At a meeting of the class of 1900 College, held last Wednesday, M. H. Cane was elected class historian.
