About College There are vacancies on the SPECTATOR Board. Under classmen, both Arts and Mines, are especially urged to compete. The Employees Ball was held at Brady's dancing academy on the evening of February 21 st. Professor Singer, of the Department of Janitorial Philosophy, led the cotillion in his usual inimitable manner and was universally admired for the fairylike grace of his movements. The anniversary of the day on which the Father of his Country was born was already several hours old before the gay and festive assembly broke up. The ball was voted a great success by all who were fortunate enough to be present. It was only with the greatest difficulty that the sporting editor of the SPECTATOR was able to procure one of the muchcoveted tickets.
