Twenty members attended the annual initiation banquet of the Philolexian Society last night at the Columbia University Club. The guests of honor were Professor A Tassin and Captain R. Hodder Williams. After the festivities, thirteen men were initiated into the society. An air of soberness prevailed at the dinner, cloud preventing any great jollification.
