Philo Will Meet Tonight To Discuss Future Policy The Philolexian Society will meet this evening in Room 418 John Jay, according to an announcement given out by Boris B. Shiskin '3O, secretary of the organization. It is important that all members be present at this evening's meeting as a final decision will be made regarding several phases of the society's future policy. It is expected that a modified system of election of new members will be adopted soon. Philo awards prizes each year in the fields of poetry, essay and fiction. The award consists of a cash prize and a certificate from the University. The announcement of the names of the prize winners is usually made at the annual dinner held in May.

Philolexian Will Elect Officers and Candidates Philolexian will hold the final meeting of the term tonight at 8:30 o'clock in Room 418 John Jay. Election of new officers for the next semester will take place this evening as well as election of candidates to the society, according to an announcement by William E. Orr '3O, president of the literary society. Only members are invited to attend this meeting as it is to be strictly a business session. The present officers whose terms expire tonight are William Erskine Orr '3O, president; W. Bradford Smith '3O, vice-presi-dent; Boris Basil Shiskin '3O, secretary; Charles L. PHILO PLANS DINNER FOR NEW MEMBERS Newly Elected Undergraduates Will Attend Reception in John Jay Tonight Philolexian will hold an informal reception in honor of its newly elected officers and! members this evening at 8:30 o'clock in John Jay mezzanine dining room, it was announced yesterday by William E.
